Subject: Testimonial
Our older (ca. 1910), home in Warwick village developed some leaks
around the chimney. Though we needed a roof replacement it was clear we
needed chimney work before we could replace the roof. The two
story house has a steep pitched hip roof with the chimney exiting at the
tip, which appeared to stymie a number of contractors. We
contacted Phillip O’Callaghan of Round Tower who carefully surveyed the
job, devised a plan, built the scaffolding and relayed the chimney from
the roof up including flue liners and chimney cap. Devon, his able
assistant, did the repointing needed for approximately 4 feet below the
roof line. All in all a masterful job. I highly recommend Round
Tower Masonry.

We hired Round Tower
Masonry of Warwick, NY to do upper flue and cap repairs including
new decorative brick work around the top of our 60 year old chimney.
Phil and Devin showed up on the day at 8:00am ready to work as promised.
They were very respectful of our property. In addition Round tower was
clean, polite (with no harsh language) and at the end of each day they
left no mess.
